There's no secret or complex lighting set up for these, it's generally just a softbox rear left and right and a honeycomb reflector high and off to the front. Each with a 15x15cm gel, with the softbox ones going inside the softbox directly over the flash. The important rule is simply to pay attention to your light levels and don't burn out the details! For the post work I'll play with light balance and up the contrast which darkens the blacks and saturates the colours more. Sometimes I'll just keep playing with different colour layers so sometimes the final images will be almost what came out the camera but others will end up totally different. It's not essential but if the model has some kind of body oil that obviously exaggerates the effect.
